Assessing input and independent observations to create a proposal what a communication strategy for Konzepthaus could be like in 2023.

Created 2-3 proposals on what a new communication strategy could look like for 2023 onwards including action points for moving forward.

Konzepthaus is going through a number of changes in services and offerings at the moment. They want a fresh, non-connected view on the strategy as well as new ideas can support the transition.

Hosted a three-part 'who are we?' workshop with key stakeholders in Munich.​​

Part 1 - what is our brand heart?

I conducted 1:1 interviews to understand what each stakeholder believes the brands purpose, vision, mission and values are.

Part 2 - finding our essence

A workshop in defining our brand voice, tone and our personality using Miro.

Part 3 - visual identity

A deep dive into Konzepthaus Corporate Identity.

I collated and analysed the feedback from the workshops to draw parallels and outliers to distil Konzepthaus' authentic self. this informed my recommendations and action plans for Konzepthaus' communication strategy.
